About the Workshop

This is first and foremost a practical workshop that pairs some classroom instruction with primarily practical steps, so that at the end of the class you will have a complete application, ready to submit with the USPTO.
We offer an option to have the patent attorney review your work and to assist you with making the application as strong as possible. Finally, we also offer an option where we upload the application for you via a secure and encrypted connection with the USPTO, so that your invention is protected and officially patent pending. We also docket the filing, so that you are given timely reminders about when to file a Utility patent application.
